I Asked, You Responded...

Hey folks!

I loved getting more than a handful of responses re: Issue #13 about the Mac vs PC! Here are some of your responses:

Luke:

I feel that the quality at Apple has been taking a big hit over the last two years. Things like apps freezing and crashing... and I'm talking about APPLE apps, not third party. That's unacceptable to me. That's not the quality that I have been paying a premium for.

Michael:

However, with Jobs' passing, I began to notice Apple slipping up on a lot of important details and dumped half my Apple stock and bought Microsoft's after doing a bit of digging to see what was coming next. I exited from even more of my Apple holdings just last year and bought up a whole bunch more Microsoft....so, basically what I'm saying is I'm betting on Microsoft outpacing Apple over the next 5 years by a significant margin.

And then I love how Charles shares what most of us understand:

One of my biggest gripes with marketing in the last bit of time has been the Mac vs PC debate. The issue is that semantics state Mac is a PC. See PC stands for Personal Computer and unfortunately it gets tied to Microsoft and windows.

I appreciate these thoughts and I'd love to hear more (if you've got some)! Hit me up.

And, with that in mind... this issue is mostly about people, just like you and me, which is a huge part of Engineering Operations!

Besides that, have a great rest of the week and weekend folks. See you on the flip-side.
